Terms and Conditions – Aviator App Pakistan

1. Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use Aviator App, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be the person you claim to be — registering under a false name or identity is not permitted.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended account on the Aviator App platform.
• You must be using the platform for personal entertainment purposes only, not on behalf of a third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of Aviator App or its associated entities.

Aviator App reserves the right to request identity verification at any point. This may include a copy of a valid CNIC, a recent utility bill, or confirmation of the payment method registered on your account. Failure to provide the requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of your account and a hold on any pending withdrawals until verification is completed satisfactorily.

By completing the registration process, you confirm that all information you have provided is accurate and truthful. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account suspension.

2. Account Rules & Responsibilities

Once your account is created, you are solely responsible for all activity that takes place through it. This includes every bet placed, every deposit made, and every withdrawal requested. Aviator App will not be held responsible for losses that occur because you allowed another person to access your account credentials.

2.1 Account Security

You must keep your login credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication details — strictly confidential. You should use a strong, unique password for your Aviator App account and not reuse a password from another service. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact Aviator App support immediately through the details provided at the end of these terms.

2.2 Account Accuracy

You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date. If your registered mobile number, payment account, or email address changes, you must update those details in your account settings promptly. Outdated contact information can cause delays in processing withdrawals or receiving important account communications.

2.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login or transaction activity for a continuous period of twelve months. Aviator App may apply a small monthly administration fee to dormant accounts after this period. You will receive at least one notification before any fee is applied. Accounts with a PKR zero balance that have been dormant for an extended period may be closed.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & PKR Transactions

Aviator App processes all financial transactions exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, and standard debit or credit cards. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change.

3.1 Deposits

Deposits are processed from payment accounts or cards that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to someone other than the account holder — are not accepted and will be returned where possible. If a third-party deposit cannot be returned, the funds will be held and the account reviewed. All deposits must be for legitimate personal entertainment purposes.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in your account's cashier section. These limits may vary depending on the payment method selected. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically process within minutes; bank transfer processing times may vary.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This policy exists to protect players and prevent misuse. You must ensure that your registered payment account details in Aviator App match the account you intend to receive funds in — for example, the JazzCash number on file must match your actual registered JazzCash number.

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. Standard processing times are communicated in the cashier section. VIP members at higher tiers may benefit from priority processing that reduces wait times. Aviator App reserves the right to carry out additional identity checks before processing any withdrawal if there is reason to believe the account may be at risk or that unusual activity has occurred.

3.3 Declined or Failed Transactions

If a deposit or withdrawal is declined, you should first check that the payment details entered are correct and that the payment account has sufficient funds or is not subject to any restrictions on your end. Persistent transaction failures should be reported to support. Aviator App is not responsible for processing fees or delays imposed by your bank, mobile wallet provider, or card issuer.

4. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Aviator App runs a variety of promotional offers for new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins on selected slots, cashback, and seasonal promotions tied to events like the PSL or T20 series. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms published on the individual promotion page, in addition to these general terms.

4.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit, depending on the offer) must be wagered before a withdrawal is permitted. Wagering on games contributes to the requirement at different rates — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games may contribute at a lower rate. These rates are stated clearly on each promotion page.

4.2 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse includes — but is not limited to — opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once, placing low-risk bets systematically to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk exposure, and colluding with other players to exchange bonus funds. Aviator App monitors for these patterns. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided and the account may be restricted or closed.

4.3 Expiry

All bonuses have an expiry date. If the wagering requirement is not met before the bonus expires, the bonus and any winnings generated from it will be removed from the account automatically. Real-money funds deposited by you are not affected by bonus expiry — only the bonus credit itself.

5. Gameplay & Betting Rules

All casino games available on Aviator App — including slots, live tables such as Teen Patti, Baccarat, Blackjack and Roulette, the Aviator crash game, and fish games — use certified random number generators or live dealer outcomes. The results of all games are final once a round has been completed. Aviator App does not accept claims based on a player's misunderstanding of game mechanics — demo mode is available on most games specifically so you can learn how they work before betting real PKR.

5.1 Sports Betting

Sports betting on Aviator App covers Cricket — including Pakistan Super League (PSL) fixtures, T20 internationals, and other matches involving Pakistan — as well as Football and Esports. Both pre-match and in-play betting markets are available. Odds are updated continuously to reflect match conditions. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. In-play bets are accepted subject to the live odds at the moment of confirmation, not the odds displayed the moment you clicked.

In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the specific sport's rules displayed in the betting section at the time the bet was placed. PSL matches that are interrupted due to weather or other reasons are settled according to the official DLS method result where applicable, or voided if no official result is declared.

5.2 Technical Errors in Games

Occasionally, a technical fault may cause a game to behave incorrectly — for example, displaying an incorrect payout, crediting an amount that does not match the stated game rules, or failing to complete a round. In these cases, Aviator App reserves the right to void the round and return the stake to the player's account. Winnings that arise directly from a technical error are not valid and will not be honoured. This applies equally to casino games, sports betting, and fish games.

5.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Each game and betting market on Aviator App has defined minimum and maximum stake limits in PKR. These limits are displayed within the game or market before you place a bet. Limits exist to ensure sustainable gameplay and responsible wagering. Aviator App may adjust limits at any time, including applying temporary reduced limits to individual accounts where unusual activity is detected.

6. Responsible Gaming

Aviator App exists to provide entertainment. It is not a source of guaranteed income, and the outcomes of all casino games and sports bets are uncertain. Aviator App strongly encourages all players to approach gaming as a leisure activity with a fixed entertainment budget, in the same way you might budget for a cinema trip or a meal out.

If you find that you are spending more than you intended, chasing losses, or that gaming is affecting other areas of your life, please use the responsible gaming tools built into your account. You can set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits, set a session duration reminder, or activate a temporary or permanent self-exclusion. These options are available in your account settings and take effect promptly once activated.

Self-exclusion means that you will not be able to log in or access your account for the duration you choose. Aviator App will also suppress any promotional communications to a self-excluded account. If you request a permanent self-exclusion, the decision is irreversible and your account cannot be reopened.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Aviator App. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and being permanently banned from the platform:

• Registering more than one account, including under different names or contact details.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with games or place bets.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, manipulate, or interfere with any game software or server.
• Exploiting a known or suspected bug or technical error rather than reporting it to support.
• Using the platform to launder money or transfer funds between individuals under the guise of gaming activity.
• Providing false information during registration or verification.
• Colluding with other players in multiplayer games or betting markets.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or Aviator App staff in any communication channel.
• Attempting to access another player's account without their knowledge and consent.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Aviator App platform — including the website design, mobile app interface, brand name, logo, graphics, game presentation, written content, and software — is the property of Aviator App or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any part of the Aviator App platform without prior written permission. This includes taking screenshots of game interfaces for commercial use, scraping odds data, or reproducing marketing content.

9. Limitation of Liability

Aviator App provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we aim for uninterrupted, error-free service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or entirely free from technical issues. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible.

To the fullest extent permitted, Aviator App is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform. This includes losses that result from: internet connectivity issues on your end; delays caused by your bank, JazzCash, Easypaisa, or other payment provider; or incorrect information entered by you during a transaction or bet placement.

Nothing in these terms limits Aviator App's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

10. Changes to These Terms

Aviator App reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When significant changes are made, registered players will be notified via the email address or mobile number on file. The updated terms will also be published on this page with a revised effective date shown at the top.

Your continued use of the Aviator App platform after the notification period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account. Any pending transactions at the time of a terms update are governed by the version of the terms in effect when those transactions were initiated.
